Jason Bianco provides excellent service, high quality products and fast response. He successfully installed 5 double wood shutters & 3 single shutters in my brand new home. I wanted grey shutters to match my new grey cabinetry and the color match was right on. Manufacturing time was approximately 8 weeks, but once installed, they were well worth the wait! They finished off my house with updated style and functionality.<br>The quality of the product is outstanding. So glad i didn't go with something 'off the shelf'. Custom made to my windows was the best decision.<br>At installation, all 8 windows were completed in about 5 hours, finishing the frame and shutter assembly right in my home, for a perfect fit. Jason was very prompt in answering my distress call. The pull string that raises and lowers blinds snapped and I wasnt sure how to fix. Not a huge issue but I hate things not working. Jason easily fixed 1 day later, didnt make me feel stupid for not figuring the fix, and was very professional and kind. will definitely use him when I need new blinds or work done on current blinds.
